"Scallywag" Auction

Now on My Auction Barn! This is "Scallywag", a custom on the Breyer G4 Para Dressage Horse. Scallywag is now an impish looking zorse, oozing sass from his swishing tail to his petulant lower lip and raised head. While he is still in his original standing pose, he has quite a bit of body resculpting especially through his hips, back, and shoulders to make him a true hybrid-shaped equine. He has new flicked back ears, a new nose and mouth and resculpted pasterns and hooves. He takes his stiff mane and adorably tiny tail from his zebra parent.

Scallywag has been painted in a light dunny color with the broken striping typically found on zorses and his horse parent passed along the tobiano pattern for some extra special flair! Scallywag is finished off with all the details my work is known for including detailed eyes, textured chestnuts, and hooves with growth rings.

"Hodor" Auction

Now on My Auction Barn! This is "Hodor", a Touch of Class custom. Yes, you read that right! Hodor is a complete resculpt, using the original Breyer as an armature. He represents the French style Percheron, rounder and less leggy than the American style. Hodor won the 2016 Breyerfest Best Customs Contest in the Most Extreme Custom division. His ribbons stay with me, but don't worry, he can still show at Breyerfest Live for a shot at more!

Hodor has been painted in the iconic Percheron heavily dappled grey. He has many layers of varying shades stippled and scrubbed on in oils to replicate the grainy to soft fading found on greys. He has a delicate hair-like painted texture that makes his color come alive. His greyed out mane and tail are shaded with greys and creams to create depth, and he has lots of little touches like lip wrinkles and softly shaded ear hair. Hodor is finished off with all the details my work is known for including detailed eyes, textured chestnuts, and hooves with growth rings.

Hodor's base is lined with cobblestones and topped with very fine scale grass, perfect for a nice spring romp. He comes with a hard case with fitted foam for maximum protection.

Shipping is $40 including insurance in the US. International shipping will be actual price and quoted at the time of the auction ending. Sorry, I will not put a lower value on the package or mark as gift for international shipments.

Time payments are welcome! Payments are offered with a 10% deposit, with the remaining payments to be evenly spread in monthly installments of up to 1 year. "Nevado" Auction

Now on My Auction Barn! This is "Nevado", a custom on the brand new Breyer Duende. Nevado is now a mule, and while he's still in his original standing position, I have done some resculpting to to give him a mule rather than a horse body. His hips, back and withers are modified, as is his neck to be less cresty. He has new feet and a cute short muley tail and roached mane. The real fun is on his new face - Nevado not only has new ears of course, but he has a quivery, floppy lip complete with teeth and tongue peeking out. He also has new eyelids and an ever so slightly convex profile that completes the "slightly rough around the edges, but handsome" look.

Nevado has been painted in a bay leopard appaloosa with the wildest spotting pattern imaginable. He is based off of a real mule with the same spotting, but is not a portrait. His spots range from deep solid browns and blacks, through rich mahogany and toasty tan, to so speckled with white they are almost non-existent. All of these spots overlap in intriguing ways so there's always something new to find! Nevado is finished off with all the details my work is known for including detailed eyes, textured chestnuts, mottling, and striped hooves with growth rings.

Shipping is $25 including insurance in the US. International shipping will be actual price and quoted at the time of the auction ending. Sorry, I will not put a lower value on the package or mark as gift for international shipments.

Time payments are welcome! I know December can be an expensive month, so for this auction I am putting a $100 cap on my usual 10% down payment, with the remaining payments to be evenly spread in monthly installments of up to 6 months. I am happy to work with you on scheduling if you require a slightly different arrangement. Please inquire before bidding to work out any details outside of these terms, thank you!
